1. はじめに 1. Introduction
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Chrome拡張機能「Highlight Analyzer」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the Chrome extension “Highlight Analyzer” (the “Service”). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. 利用資格 2. Eligibility
本サービスは、月額有料プラン会員のみがご利用いただけます。 The Service is available only to monthly paid plan subscribers.
3. サービスの内容 3. Service Description
本サービスは、YouTubeのチャットコメントを分析し、ハイライトを抽出する機能を提供します。また、yt-dlpを使用したダウンロードコマンド生成機能も含まれます。ただし、本サービスの機能は予告なく変更される場合があります。 The Service provides functionality to analyze YouTube chat comments and extract highlights. It also includes a download command generation feature using yt-dlp. However, the Service’s features may change without prior notice.
4. 料金と支払い 4. Pricing and Payment
本サービスの利用料金は、ウェブサイトに記載されている通りです。料金の変更を行う可能性がありますが、ユーザーの同意なしに追加の請求を行うことはありません。 The usage fee for the Service is as listed on the website. The price may change, but we will not charge you any additional fees without your consent.
5. ユーザーの責任 5. User Responsibilities
ユーザーは、自己の責任において本サービスを利用するものとします。ユーザーは、本サービスの利用に関連して第三者に損害を与えた場合、自己の責任においてこれを解決するものとします。特に、ダウンロードコマンド生成機能を使用する際は、著作権法を遵守し、適切な権利を有する動画のみをダウンロードするようにしてください。 Users are responsible for using the Service at their own risk. If a user causes harm to a third party in connection with the use of the Service, the user shall be responsible for resolving this at their own expense. In particular, when using the download command generation feature, please comply with copyright laws and download only videos that you have the appropriate rights to.
6. 知的財産権 6. Intellectual Property Rights
本サービスのプログラム、デザイン、ロゴ等に関する全ての知的財産権は、開発者または開発者にライセンスを許諾している者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本サービス自体を複製、改変、配布、販売、または商業的に利用してはいけません。yt-dlpなどの外部ライブラリの使用に関しては、それぞれのライセンス条項に従ってください。本サービスを使用して作成されたコンテンツの著作権については、適用される法律に従って適切に処理してください。 All intellectual property rights to the program, design, logo, etc. of the Service belong to the developer or the person who has granted a license to the developer. Users shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use the Service itself. Please follow the license terms of external libraries such as yt-dlp. Please handle the copyright of content created using the Service appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

開発者は、本サービスの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、一切の責任を負いません。これには、データの損失、利益の損失、業務の中断などが含まれますが、これらに限定されません。また、yt-dlpなどの外部ライブラリの使用に起因する問題についても、開発者は責任を負いません。 The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, loss of profit, and business interruption. 10. サービスの変更・中断・終了 10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service
開発者は、ユーザーへの事前通知なしに、本サービスの内容の変更、提供の中断、終了をすることがあります。特に、YouTubeやTwitchのウェブページの構造や仕様が変更された場合、本サービスが正常に機能しなくなる可能性があります。その場合、サービスの提供を一時的または永続的に中断することがあります。 The developer may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice to users. In particular, if the structure or specifications of the YouTube or Twitch webpage change, the Service may not function properly. In such cases, the provision of the Service may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
11. 禁止事項 11. Prohibited Actions
ユーザーは、本サービスの不正利用、複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、および開発者や第三者の権利を侵害する行為を行ってはいけません。また、法令や公序良俗に反する行為、本サービスの運営を妨害する行為も禁止されています。ダウンロードコマンド生成機能を違法なコンテンツの取得に使用することは固く禁じられています。 Users shall not engage in any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, or infringement of the rights of the developer or third parties in connection with the Service. Furthermore, any acts that violate laws or public order, or that hinder the operation of the Service, are prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to use the download command generation feature to obtain illegal content.
12. 規約の変更 12. Changes to Terms
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本サービス上で告知された時点から効力を生じるものとし、変更後の利用継続をもって、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。 The developer may change these Terms as necessary. The new Terms will take effect from the time they are posted on the Service, and continued use of the Service after the change will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
13. 準拠法と管轄裁判所 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠するものとします。本サービスに関連して生じた紛争については、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。 The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the first instance.

本サービスは30日間の無料トライアル期間を提供しています。有料プランへの移行後は、いかなる理由があっても返金は一切行いません。 The Service offers a 30-day free trial period. No refunds will be issued for any reason after switching to the paid plan.
16. 外部ライブラリの利用 16. Use of External Libraries
本サービスはyt-dlpを使用したダウンロードコマンドを生成しますが、外部ライブラリの利用はサポート範囲外です。ユーザーは自己責任で外部ライブラリを使用するものとします。 The Service generates download commands using yt-dlp, but the use of external libraries is outside the scope of support. Users are responsible for using external libraries at their own risk.
17. 利用統計 17. Usage Statistics
本サービスは、サービス改善のために匿名化された利用統計データを収集します。これには、機能の使用頻度、エラー報告、パフォーマンスデータなどが含まれます。個人を特定できる情報は収集しません。 The Service collects anonymized usage statistics for service improvement. This includes frequency of feature use, error reports, and performance data. Personal identifiable information is not collected.
18. アカウント利用の制限 18. Account Usage Restrictions
本サービスのアカウントの共有は固く禁止されています。また、1人のユーザーが複数のアカウントを所持することも禁止されています。アカウントの共有や複数アカウントの所持が発覚した場合、もしくは本サービスの悪意のある利用が確認された場合、該当アカウントは即時停止され、今後のサブスクリプションをお断りする場合があります。各ユーザーは1つのアカウントのみを所持し、個別にサブスクリプションを購入する必要があります。 Sharing of Service accounts is strictly prohibited. Additionally, users are prohibited from maintaining multiple accounts. If account sharing, possession of multiple accounts, or malicious use of the Service is discovered, the account(s) will be immediately suspended and future subscriptions may be denied. Each user must maintain only one account and purchase their own individual subscription.
